The department was started in the academic year 2017 – 2018. Even though the course is very expensive and rare, the management has taken special effort to introduce this course for the betterment of the poor and downtrodden students of this area.

The department of Fashion Technology and Costume Designing is all set to mould to the exciting world of garment and fashion. We believe that one of the best degree program which the students are trained in modern technologies and strong emphasis is given to apparel designing which will take care of the needs of placement career growth and personal aspirations of the students. The department has enthusiastic faculty members and well laid laboratories equipped machineries.

Apart from the curriculum the department arranges industrial visit for students to develop the practical knowledge of the manufacturing process, technology and machineries, etc. we encourage the students to take part in several co – curricular activities like conference, workshop, seminars and symposium which will help them in enhancing their skills and team spirits
